We are launching a new loyalty program for our guests that will allow them to get points for using the accommodation and services and spend them on some lovely bonuses.

You will be able to start using the benefits as soon as you join the program, and getting a platinum guest card will become closer from the first stay.

The terms of participation

  1. Participants must be of the legal age.
  2. Participants must provide an email to register.
  3. You can only participate once. The participant can’t keep their points on different loyalty cards.
  4. When presenting the loyalty card while accommodating at the hotel you get the points onto your personal account. You are credited 5% of the paid amount for accommodation with direct bookings in the form of points.
  5. You don’t get the points if using some discounts and special packages, such as a free night paid by a voucher and other free or barter suits; also tariffs booked or paid via the tourist companies’ web-pages (whether they are paid at a discount or not); tariffs paid for of a consolidated account, including the group and travel company accounts; also other tariffs paid by a third party.

Participation has 4 levels:

White card

The conditions of participation:

  • register in the Bonus program

Benefits:

  1. a compliment from the hotel on arrival (handmade cookies)
  2. a nice bonus in the form of a dental kit and a Bathrobe when booking a room from the hotel’s website www.hotelnogai.ru/en
  3. evening turndown room service
  4. additional 100 points for booking with www.hotelnogai.ru/en.

Silver card

To fulfill one of the conditions for obtaining:

  • spending 5 days at the hotel
  • accumulating 1000 points

Benefits:

  1. early arrival and late check-out (subject to hotels’ capability)
  2. upgrade to a superior room with a view of Bauman (subject to hotels’ capability), or a room of a higher category than the reserved one
  3. a compliment from the hotel on arrival (certificate for a seasonal drink, dessert – cookies with chocolate chips)
  4. evening turndown room service
  5. additional 125 points for booking with www.hotelnogai.ru/en
  6. discount on the restaurant menu 10%

Gold card

To fulfill one of the conditions for obtaining:

  • spending 15 days at the hotel
  • accumulating 3000 points

Benefits:

  1. early arrival and late check-out (subject to hotels’ capability)
  2. upgrade to a superior or Deluxe room (subject to hotels’ capability), or a room of a higher category than the reserved one
  3. a compliment from the hotel on arrival (champagne, macaroon dessert or fruit plate)
  4. one-time SPA visit
  5. evening turndown room service
  6. additional 150 points for booking with www.hotelnogai.ru/en
  7. discount on the restaurant menu 15%

Platinum card

To fulfill one of the conditions for obtaining:

  • spending 25 days at the hotel
  • accumulating 3000 points

Benefits:

  1. early arrival and late check-out (subject to hotels’ capability)
  2. upgrade to a Deluxe or Junior Suite (subject to hotels’ capability), or a room of a higher category than the reserved one
  3. a compliment from the hotel on arrival (wine, dessert – set of 7 sweets, 6 macaroons, 3 dried apricots, 3 prunes or fruit plate)
  4. free parking while staying at the hotel
  5. free night at the hotel (only once a year)
  6. access to the SPA complex, rent for 2 hours (pre-booking is required)
  7. evening turndown room service
  8. additional 200 points for booking with www.hotelnogai.ru/en
  9. discount on the restaurant menu 20%, room service free of charge

Important features:

  • if you accumulate a certain number of points / nights (10,000 points or 50 nights), you will receive free hotel accommodation for 1 day
  • all members of the loyalty program are provided with a welcome card, a Bathrobe, a dental kit and a compliment on arrival at the hotel.
