Participation rules
- A calendar year is the period from January 1 to December 31 of each year. Regardless of the date, when the participant has been registered, the calculation of the days / visits is carried out from January 1 of the registration year.
- Late check-out shall be possible only on condition of the vacant rooms’ availability.
- Only adults who have reached the age of majority may participate in the program.
- The Participants must provide an accurate email address for registration in the program.
- Membership involves only one member, and benefits are applied only to one guest per the Loyalty Program status.

Fulfillment of one of the conditions for obtaining:

Important details:
- A free night in a standard room is provided once a year.
- Regardless of his level, the frequent guest has to stay at the hotel at least 5 times per calendar year to maintain the Loyalty Program status. If the guest has not confirmed the status of a frequent guest, then the he will return to the status of the first level of the Classic Loyalty Program status card on December 31 of the following year after the last stay of the guest. If the guest failed to confirm the status of a frequent guest for more than one year, then the guest leaves the Loyalty Program on December 31 of the second year after the last stay at the hotel.
