The rooms are equipped with a Yandex TV Station featuring the voice assistant “Alice”. The use of the device is voluntary. The processing of voice requests and other information related to the use of the voice assistant is carried out by Yandex in accordance with its user documentation. The hotel does not have access to users’ voice requests. If necessary, you can disable the device’s microphone by pressing the mute button on the TV.
